Copenhagen Furniture of Colorado Inc is a locally owned brick and mortar store located in the Denver Metro Area. We are members of the Denver/Boulder Area Better Business Bureau, the Western Home Furnishings Association, and the National Home Furnishings Association. Being members means we are committed to conducting business in an ethical way.
As a furniture retailer, Copenhagen Furniture of Colorado is happy to remove your old furniture when we deliver your new items. We are proud to support our local DAV (Disabled American Veterans, 5505 W Colfax Ave) with used furniture or items and the Lutheran Family Services gladly takes the discarded mattresses to help refugees from other countries establish their first living space. In addition, we donate to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation every time you purchase a Serta by Vera Wang Fidelity mattress. We also participate in the Denver Food and Wine Classic which benefits the Post-News Charities, the Colorado Restaurant Association Education Fund and Kroenke Sports Charities. We run a water misting station during the Annual Colorado Colfax Marathon as we are part of the historic Colfax corridor. We are new members of the West Colfax Community Association to show our commitment to our local community. We support the DCPA, Denver Center for Performing Arts, through our advertising and staging events with KOSI fm 101.1 as well as the Newman Center for Performing Arts at the University of Denver. We are big believers in doing charitable works and as such ran a charity drive the past December for Colorado's first non-profit, The Denver Children's Home. This spring of 2009, given so many people are in need, we ran a successful food drive for Food Bank of the Rockies. For many years Bjørn, an avid outdoorsman, was personally involved in the Colorado Division of Wildlife's habitat preservation efforts, especially with the Inactive Mines Project (look for Bjorn in Lea's photo section)
